In a nutshell… the Cabin Staff Advisor acts as a coach to the Senior Cabin Leader and Cabin Leader. Their main responsibility is to coach the camper leaders on camp policies, camper health and safety, staff policies, and help out where needed. 

What the Cabin Staff Advisor position isn’t:

• The position holds no supervisory responsibility for the senior cabin leaders or the cabin leaders. 
• The position isn’t entitled to confidential information on the campers or their families.
