The Role:

Charles Smoot is the Assistant Executive Director of Camp Mauritius, where he is in charge of the camp’s operations and collaborates closely with the Executive Director and COO. He co-founded the camp with William Morris, whose inspirational vision brought the camp to life. Mr. Smoot, as Assistant Executive Director, is responsible for the camp’s senior leadership team, which includes the camp director, the health director, the program director, and many more.
